About the role as Investigator
The role of Investigator is varied with great personal responsibility and many opportunities for personal development. You will work with several different types of cases where the connection to our electricity meters is central. This may involve the supplier change process, deviations in the disconnection process, and various types of cases where Ellevio needs access to the electricity meter. In your daily work, you will come into contact with property owners, electricity trading companies, and our partners. The work involves both collaborating with colleagues in your team as well as with other parts of the organization. You may also be involved in ongoing development and process improvement work.
The role consists of but is not limited to:
- Investigations regarding uncontracted facilities
- Investigations concerning disconnection issues
- Investigations related to deficiencies in the customer's facility related to our meter
- Investigations related to illegal energy diversion
- Work within the supplier change process and administration of measurement value exports to energy service companies
- Monitoring of RPA processes
”You will be part of an efficient and customer-oriented team that always has a laugh close at hand and consists of inspiring colleagues who help each other. We constantly work to improve and streamline our processes and develop solutions as a group and individually to achieve our common goals.”
– Christina Törnsten, Head of Measurement Services

We believe you thrive both working independently towards your own goals while also having a good ability to act as a team player and work towards the team's common goals. You enjoy new challenges and see logical and effective solutions to emerging problems.

- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- An interest in identifying improvement opportunities and working with process automation
It is advantageous if you also have:
